gift guide: the entertainer
I'm a proponent of gifts for the entertainer. Regardless if you're someone who does or doesn't cook, anyone can be an entertainer. Whether it's a cookbook, serving tray, or a fun new gadget, one things that's certain is that the tools for the kitchen and home will definitely be used on the day they're opened. Here are just a few of my last-minute favorites. ONE. Part two of one of my favorite cookbooks. Plenty More is a great addition to the collection for the entertainer or home cooks who are looking for new ways to prepare vegetables. TWO. This sleek and functional perimeter tray is great for the entertainer who's go-to is wine and cheese. THREE. Probably my favorite tool and purchase of the year, a spiralizer changes the way you eat and helps reinvent some of your classic dishes -- zucchini pasta, beet salads, and more. FOUR. A storybook and cookbook, A Simple Feast is one of the most beautiful cookbooks, illustrating food. FIVE. A classic teapot with a twist always gives that avid tea drinker something to use during the cold winter months. SIX. This key bottle opener makes for great stocking stuffers. SEVEN. For the craft beer drinking males, this beer foamer makes for a fun new toy to test drive during that holiday dinner. EIGHT. I always struggle with finding cute storage for honey, this honey jar with spoon is an adorable addition to any pantry space, and just as adorable on the table. NINE. A set of some of my favorite teas go great with the teapot. TEN. The cocktail book of the year, The Bar Book teaches the beginner some basics while helping that designated bartender some fresh ideas on classic cocktails.
