NYFW | bcbg max azria a/w '13

And so it is upon us.  The fashion olympics per say.  Day one started off with collections from Richard Chai, Todashi Shoji, Timo Weiland, Candela, Kimberly Ovitz, and more to name (coming soon), but I can't go without giving the BCBG Max Azria A/W 2013 its own post, mainly because the collection of Turkish-inspired luxe print meets downtown street chic is just so aesthetically stimulating, and simply resonates with the core of street chic style.

Layers upon layers right, combined with an onslaught of rich textures -- luxe furs, leather, and silks.  And more importantly I'm always fond of a collection that can make downtown grunge look so streamlined.  And if there's one takeaway from this show, it's put a beanie on it.  Oh, and wear some knee0high leather pointed pumps.  Take a closer look -- impressive, right?Well, here are my favorite looks.  Let's discuss.
