Say "Sì"

There’s no better compliment you can give a woman than one about her scent.  A woman’s scent is part of her identity, a representation of her individuality, something that demonstrates her femininity.  A woman’s scent usually has history, and often times accompanied by a story about how she came to discover the fragrance behind her scent.  In collaboration with Giorgio Armani, Christian and I shot these images to capture the essence of their new fragrance, Sì -- a celebration of a woman's strength and elegance and thirst to live in freedom.  The "Sì" woman is all-encompassing and takes life head on.

A woman’s scent: feminine and intoxicating yet soft and subtle, is not something easy to come by.  As a girl, I had a longstanding affair with floral notes, and over time I wanted something more sultry to compliment my natural scent.  Regardless of what I’m wearing or what I’m doing, my fragrance not only needs to represent me completely, but also needs to have that combination of sweet and sultry that I've always loved.

The fragrance is a marriage of light, floral, and musky without being overwhelming to the senses. That is Sì.
