My Summer Reading List

There’s been a substantial increase in my content consumption over the past few weeks, if not months. Between social media, news outlets and group chats, there seems to be no end when it comes to the content pollution that has taken over our day-to-day.

Whenever I want to escape, I always like to pick up a book. To me, it’s still the most soothing activity - I’ll always leave a chapter more enlightened or simply have allowed myself enough time to turn off so that I can return to the digital reality I now live in. I’ve been really keeping a close eye on purchasing physical books since I only have a few more months left here in London, but my iPad is full stocked at the moment with queue of titles to go through.

Quite frankly, I’ve never been motivated enough to keep a book club going or actually start one for that matter - it’s probably just the selfish nature of my reading habits. Recently, I’ve been finding more ways to connect with people and have had a lot of you come to me with recommended readings so with more time on my hands, I thought I’d share a few of the books I’m currently reading and looking to read this summer.

New recommendations welcome!
